WINDSOR, CONN. -- SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: SSNC) announced it has successfully completed the onboarding process for REI Super (“REI”), the superannuation fund for Australia’s real estate industry. SS&C now provides superannuation administration services and operations support to REI’s 24,000 members across Australia.
REI selected SS&C following a competitive tender process, with the appointment announced in April 2025. Leveraging its transition expertise, local delivery teams and scalable technology platform, SS&C completed the onboarding within a compressed timeline of 5 months, enabling REI to move quickly from selection to steady-state operations. The migration reflects SS&C’s delivery model and experience transitioning superannuation and wealth administration clients.
“As one of the longest-standing super funds in Australia, we’re proud to have delivered results for our members for more than 50 years. When the time came to select a new administrator to support our members, SS&C was the clear choice given their strong track record and dedication to using emerging technologies to improve the member experience,” said Jarrod Coysh, CEO of REI Super. “Transitioning member accounts and data can be complex and time-consuming. SS&C’s team made the process smooth and straightforward, ensuring continuity of service and peace of mind for our members during the migration.”
REI members will now benefit from SS&C’s enhanced platform, including access to a modern member engagement portal and with on-demand support through its experienced, locally based contact center.
“We are pleased to have successfully onboarded REI’s 24,000 members quickly and efficiently, maintaining member service during this period,” said Shaun McKenna, Head of SS&C Global Investor and Distribution Solutions, Australia. “By combining local expertise and close collaboration across all parties, we were able to minimize the limited-service period and accelerate time to value while servicing members. REI will benefit from our secure private cloud infrastructure, 24/7 operational monitoring and AI-enabled automation capabilities.”
SS&C now services over 2 million superannuation members and wealth accounts across Australia, accounting for $296 billion (AUD) in funds under management. Supported by a growing team of 1,746 Australian employees across nine local offices, the Australian market represents a key growth market for SS&C.
