SEOUL -- MuseM, a global artist IP company (Co-CEOs Park Soo-wang, Kim Sang-yeop, and Kim Hyun-ho), and NHN Link (CEO Wang Moon-joo) signed a strategic partnership agreement on April 29 for the “Global K-POP Performance Project,” marking a new phase of collaboration focused on large-scale projects for the global market.

Under the agreement, MuseM and NHN Link will explore and pursue joint business opportunities in K-POP performances and related content, building on the trust established between the two companies. The partnership will cover a broad range of areas, including performances based on K-POP artist IP and content, merchandise, exhibitions, and global collaboration projects.

NHN Link will provide the infrastructure and service expertise of “Ticketlink,” one of Korea’s leading ticketing platforms, and leverage this foundation to participate in the investment and co-production of global K-POP tours and large-scale performance projects. MuseM will be responsible for securing K-POP artist IP and planning content, its core areas of strength, while also taking charge of performance, merchandise, and exhibition production, as well as global project planning, with the aim of maximizing synergy between the two companies.

Over the past year, MuseM and NHN Link have laid the groundwork for deeper collaboration through a series of successful joint projects totaling approximately KRW 20 billion. This official agreement will serve as a basis for further expanding their investment in global K-POP performance projects.
