CHUNCHEON -- BARRICURE, the dermatology-focused medical device brand of MEDIPEAU Inc, Ltd., participated as an official sponsor at the Sarawak Paediatric Dermatology Update 2025 (SPDU 2025), held on July 26, 2025, at the Imperial Hotel in Kuching, Malaysia.

This year’s SPDU 2025 was themed “Back to Basics: The ABCs of Paediatric Dermatology”, bringing together pediatric dermatology experts from Malaysia and across Southeast Asia to share the latest clinical insights and treatment experiences.

Working with its official Malaysian distribution partner, CHAYA AND LIGHT SDN. BHD., BARRICURE operated a brand booth and prominently showcased its flagship products, BARRICURE Rich Cream MD and BARRICURE Lotion MD.

Both products apply BARRICURE’s patented MDmellar® formulation technology, designed to help support balanced lipid delivery and skin barrier recovery for sensitive or compromised skin. They also contain DERMA-CLERA®, a patented, naturally derived ingredient that may help alleviate discomfort associated with conditions such as dermatitis, first-degree burns, dryness, and barrier impairment.

A BARRICURE spokesperson said that partnering with CHAYA AND LIGHT allowed it to directly introduce innovative and safe skin solutions to medical professionals across Malaysia. The spokesperson added that it will continue strengthening its presence in the global pharmaceutical and skin health markets.
