Dan Cathy, visionary CEO of Trilith Studios and former Chairman of Chick-fil-A, joins as Honorary Board Member. Cathy, a passionate advocate for creativity rooted in faith and purpose, brings decades of leadership in both business innovation and values-driven community building. His commitment to nurturing storytellers and artists who elevate human goodness aligns deeply with HIC’s global mission.

Mark Fincannon, a three-time Emmy Award- nominate casting director known for his work with Steven Spielberg and George Lucas, joins as Board Member. With a storied career spanning four decades in Hollywood, Fincannon has helped launch the careers of countless actors and shaped the casting landscape for some of the world’s most beloved films and television series. His belief in the power of authentic human performance makes him a natural fit for the HIC board.
